Social Impact

Large organizations are too often breeding grounds for unhappiness, exploitation, discrimination, mental illness and modern day servitude.  Our core mission is to bring joy into workplaces through:

  1. Radical self-expression

  2. Connection around shared identities, struggles and experiences

  3. Uniting voices in a way that brings visibility to widespread frustrations and suffering, as well as too often ignored staff solutions.

 

We are working with ESG innovators, Employee Resource Groups and progressive companies with a mission to create widescale impact, bottom-up. This includes:

  • Growing workplace mental health epidemic

  • Gender and racial inequalities & discrimination

  • Misconduct, including sexual harassment & bullying

  • Post-COVID isolation & loneliness

  • Under-represented and marginalized communities

Founders Anonymous, a radically honest mental health community for entrepreneurs

ADHD  /  CO-FOUNDER ISSUES /  DEPRESSION  /  FAILURES  /  IMPOSTER SYNDROME  /  INVESTORS  /  MENTAL FITNESS  /  NEURODIVERSITY  /  SUBSTANCE ABUSE  /  CONFESSIONS

 

A shocking 72% of entrepreneurs are directly affected by mental illness. Founder's face unique challenges, pressures and instabilities that are often hard for others to understand.

To tackle this issue, we have partnered with Investors, Coaches and Therapists who are particularly passionate about founder mental health to create  Founders Anonymous, a unique community where members can be radically vulnerable without the fear of repercussions of  judgement from their team, VCs and loved ones.

 

This Loominate space was specially modified to allow Founders from all backgrounds to seek support without revealing their identities and share their story without fear.

The sad reality is that companies too often only take action with workplace issues threaten to become a PR issue and share values drop.

ESG is becoming a powerful force in driving change and so Loominate has joined forces with ESG innovators and rating agencies to pioneer new ways to help companies improve their impact and scores by leveraging the platform's unique capabilities on fostering transparency and employee voice.
